Speciality Class: Walk this Way with Me- Loose Leash Training class.
Our intensive course will focus strictly on leash walking
Techniques for successful loose leash walking and “heeling” fundamentals will be covered.
Your instructor will demystify many of leash walking tools on the market.
We will show you how to keep control of your active happy dog even when presented with distractions
Our Walk this Way with Me course is designed to improve your leash walking experience with your buddy.
This program is appropriate for friendly dogs. Enthusiastic and Bouncy dogs are welcome!
The course will start in the Training Sanctuary and students will be able to practice the techniques in real life situations outdoors ( weather permitted)

Speciality Class: The Sniffer Dog Class – The Nose Knows Aka Nose Work Games
Once dependent upon their noses to survive, most domestic dogs today are a bit out of practice. But the good news is that, with just a little planning and patience, you can add fun scent games to your dog’s repertoire of behaviours and help her utilize this untapped smell power!
This activity will build self-confidence for the less confident dog, and teach the excited dog to focus and work off energy. You will both learn a wonderful way to stimulate your dog mentally and physically. Does your dog’s sniffing drive you crazy on walks or at home, or both? By teaching your dog to use their nose on cue chances are the behaviours you dislike will fade. Games build a relationship and scenting( seeking hunting) provide a challenge!
RELAX-CALM- FOCUS & HAPPY! SCENT GAMES BUILD CONFIDENCE too! A great option for timid /shy dogs also for dogs that are reactive towards dogs. Prerequisite for puppies over 16 weeks old and older Scent games offers a powerful tool for helping dogs, particularly those suffering from anxiety, by engaging their natural sense of smell and enhancing their emotional well-being

PUPPY KINDERGARTEN CLASS is the first step in training your new puppy. Open to PUPPIES 10- 15 weeks old this class will introduce your puppy to new people and new situations. We also can help with common roadblocks, such as house training, crate training, puppy biting or mouthing, chewing, barking, growling and biting the kids and more.
